Hello,
we are a young couple moving to Innsbruck this summer, as I am starting a new position as a researcher at the University of Innsbruck. We are quiet, polite people and used to live in an apartment. We are non-smokers and always behave quietly.

We have experience as both tenants and landlords and therefore know how important respect and care are in our interactions with one another.

We also have two small dogs that occasionally accompany us. They are very well-behaved, quiet, and don't leave a mess. We are happy to provide references upon request.

We would like to rent for approximately three years and estimate a monthly rent of around €1,000.
