Programm:
Dauer pro Workshop 2,5 Stunden
Workshop 1: 10:00 - 12:30
Physical conditioning (aka exercise) for yogis:
Learn techniques and progressions that lead toward precise and powerful movement ability. There are things you can do that will condition your body to pull off the things you want to do, but can´t yet. Inspirational music and self affirmations are great for your psyche, but your body need to be conditioned to pull off extraordinary postural feats. Maybe you could use some toning too. Just saying.

Workshop 2:14:00 - 16:30
Salutations and movement patterns:
Fluid, fun and functional. Integrating inversions, Floor stretches, core work and standing sequences in four distinct patterns for you to learn and enjoy. music included for rhythm.

Workshop 3: 10:00 - 12:30
Vinyasa class:
Something I invented called Vinyasa". This class will lead you through an invigorating and balanced asana class, that links postures in what I like to call "a special way". Seriously though, it´s a solid class, and it has music. Another concept I invented!

Workshop 4: 13:30 - 16:00
Vinyabjectivity:
Not a typo, take refreshingly objective and rational Approach to postural alignment. Why take physics out of physicality? It wouldn´t make your spiritual practice any less substantial. This class will include a complete practice, you´ll sweat and many take home ideas, so you´ll also take a goodie bag of ideas home to practice with!
